Operation Christmas at Sea

Would you like to be part of making Christmas a little merrier for 1000 USA Sail- ors and Marines aboard the USS Arlington this holiday season. The Arlington was built with repurposed metal from the World Trade Centers demolished on 9 -11-01. Her crew will be deployed this Christmas to an undisclosed location, but it certainly will be miles and miles from home and family. Help make it special by putting together a Christmas Shoe Box filled with practical and fun items that will remind them that those at home think about them and thank them for their service. Final collection of boxes will be Veterans Day, November 11. Cash donations are welcome to help with purchase of supplies and postage. Thank you for helping support our deployed military aboard the USS Arlington this Christmas . A list of suggested items is on the back of this flyer. Include a self-addressed post card so that your box receiver might send you a message back. A personal message from you in the box is welcome!
